ABOUT THE FOOD SUMMIT
On behalf of the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council, the Planning Committee for the Colorado Food Summit, CSU Extension, and the CSU Food Systems Institute (see collective outputs at: https://foodsystems.colostate.edu), you are invited to the Northern Colorado Food Summit Regional Gathering hosted by the Poudre Food Partnership.
In order to raise awareness of and lift regional voices in statewide food and agricultural visioning and policy processes, we are holding regional gatherings across Colorado during the fall of 2021 and spring of 2022. Themes emanating from these conversations will be used to guide the content of the statewide Colorado Food Summit, which will be held in late 2022.
EVENT DETAILS
The event will be hosted at the CSU Powerhouse on Tuesday, April 5th from 4:30-8:00pm, with an optional tour beginning at 4:00pm (see below). The event will be recorded and be available for sharing afterward.
REGISTRATION
Both in-person and virtual registration options are available. In-person registration is limited to 60 attendees. Once in-person capacity has been reached, all registration will convert to virtual attendance. Virtual participants will have access to listen and watch the meeting and interact via questions submitted to a moderated chat. Questions will be shared with the facilitator throughout the meeting.
When registering, please include your organization/affiliation to be added to the presentation slide deck.
ORDER OF EVENTS
4:00-4:30pm: Doors open at 4:00pm for an optional tour of the CSU Powerhouse. If you would like a tour of the CSU Powerhouse prior to the event, please indicate in the RSVP. Tours will start at 4:00pm and will be facilitated by the CSU Powerhouse ambassadors.
4:30-5:00pm: Check-in will begin at 4:30pm within the front lobby and will be accompanied by light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages.
5:00-8:00pm: Meeting will begin at 5pm in classroom 104 (located directly next to the lobby).
PARKING
Parking at the Powerhouse Energy Campus is limited, but additional parking is available in two nearby lots that are just a quick walk from the building. No fee/decal is needed for any of these lots. Use the interactive map here to locate parking (indicated in green).

Sobre la Cumbre Alimenticia

REGISTRACIÓN
Hay opciones para registrarse de manera presencial o virtual. La registración presencial queda limitada a 60 personas. Una vez que se alcance la capacidad máxima, se convertirá toda registración a la asistencia virtual. Los participantes virtuales tendrán acceso para escuchar y ver la reunión e interactuar por medio de preguntas entregadas a un chat moderado. Se compartirán las preguntas con el moderador durante la reunión.

EL ORDEN DE LOS EVENTOS
4:00-4:30pm: Se abren las puertas a las 4:00pm para el tour opcional del CSU Powerhouse. Si quisiera un tour del CSU Powerhouse antes del evento, por favor indique en la confirmación de asistencia (RSVP). Los tours empezarán a las 4:00pm y serán facilitados por unos embajadores del CSU Powerhouse.
4:30-5:00pm: El registro empezará a las 4:30pm dentro del vestíbulo a la entrada y habrá aperitivos para picar y bebidas no-alcohólicas.
5:00-8:00pm: La reunión empezará a las 5:00pm en el salón de clase 104 (ubicado directamente enseguida del vestíbulo).
ESTACIONAMIENTO
El estacionamiento en el Campus del Powerhouse Energy es limitado, pero hay estacionamiento adicional en dos estacionamientos cercanos que quedan bastante cerca del edificio.
